WE MAKE T-SHIRTS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases of products and services from We Make T-Shirts and use of the We Make T-Shirts website.

By placing an order, submitting payment, or otherwise purchasing products or services from We Make T-Shirts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. CUSTOM MANUFACTURING & FINAL SALE POLICY

All products sold by We Make T-Shirts are custom manufactured specifically for each customer.

Because customized products generally cannot be resold, all sales are final, except in cases of confirmed production errors attributable to We Make T-Shirts or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should carefully review their order information, artwork, garment selections, colors, sizes, quantities, print locations, and shipping information before submitting an order.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Customers should contact We Make T-Shirts immediately if they need to request a cancellation or modification.

Because orders are custom manufactured and production preparation may begin shortly after an order is received, cancellation or modification is not guaranteed.

If a cancellation is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Once production has progressed to a point where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible, We Make T-Shirts may decline the cancellation request.

Production preparation may include, but is not limited to:

artwork processing or enhancement
garment ordering or allocation
production scheduling
transfer printing
screen preparation
embroidery setup
production setup
manufacturing

Changes requested after production preparation has begun may be declined or may result in additional charges.

3. ARTWORK OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, graphics, or other content, the customer represents and warrants that they own the content or have permission and all necessary rights to reproduce it.

We Make T-Shirts is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, publicity-right, or other intellectual-property violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless We Make T-Shirts from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from content supplied by the customer or the customer's instructions regarding its use.

We Make T-Shirts reserves the right to decline artwork or an order when we reasonably believe producing it could violate applicable law or third-party rights.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ARTWORK & ORDER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they submit with their order, including:

artwork and logos
spelling and wording
names and numbers
phone numbers and website addresses
dates
design content
colors
garment styles and colors
garment sizes
quantities
print locations
shipping information
special instructions

Customers are also responsible for the creative and branding decisions contained within the artwork they provide.

We Make T-Shirts is not responsible for customer-submitted errors or unwanted design elements that originated in the artwork or information supplied by the customer, except where We Make T-Shirts expressly agrees to correct or modify those elements.

5. ARTWORK ENHANCEMENT & PRODUCTION PREPARATION

Every order is professionally reviewed before production.

Depending on the artwork provided, We Make T-Shirts may perform production-related preparation including:

background removal
image cleanup
edge cleanup
straightening
resolution enhancement
sizing adjustments
color optimization for printing
print-method preparation
artwork enhancement
other technical adjustments necessary for production

Artwork enhancement is not a logo redesign, branding service, or custom graphic-design service.

Unless specifically requested by the customer and agreed to by We Make T-Shirts, artwork enhancement does not include:

redesigning a logo
selecting different brand colors
changing colors based on subjective preference
rewriting or changing customer-provided text
replacing design elements
creating a new logo
changing the customer's branding
making subjective creative decisions on the customer's behalf

Our goal is to preserve the customer's submitted design while preparing it to reproduce properly using the applicable decoration method.

A customer's post-production preference for a different color, layout, design element, artwork size, or other creative choice does not by itself constitute a production error when the finished product reasonably reflects the artwork and order information provided by the customer and the applicable production artwork.

6. ONLINE DESIGNER & GARMENT PREVIEWS

Images displayed in our online designer are intended to provide an approximate visual representation of artwork placement on a garment.

The online designer may display the customer's original uploaded artwork, including backgrounds, low-resolution elements, rough edges, or other elements that may subsequently be cleaned or prepared by our artwork team.

The online garment preview should not be interpreted as an exact photographic representation of the finished product, exact print dimensions, exact placement measurements, or exact physical color reproduction.

The final product is produced using the professionally prepared production artwork, not necessarily the original unprocessed file displayed in the online designer.

7. FYI PRODUCTION ARTWORK PREVIEW

After artwork preparation, We Make T-Shirts may send the customer an FYI preview of the final production artwork that is being prepared for printing.

This FYI production artwork preview is not a new garment mockup and is not an approval request.

Unless We Make T-Shirts specifically states in writing that customer approval is required, no approval is required and the order will automatically continue into production.

Customers are encouraged to review the FYI production artwork preview promptly and contact We Make T-Shirts immediately if they notice an error.

Failure to open, review, or respond to an FYI production artwork preview does not automatically delay or stop production and does not, by itself, create a right to cancellation, refund, exchange, reprint, or other compensation.

If We Make T-Shirts specifically requests customer approval for a particular order, production may be paused until that approval is received.

8. COLOR REPRESENTATION

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, and other digital devices may differ from physical printed colors.

Differences can result from:

monitor and device settings
screen brightness
RGB-to-print color conversion
garment color and material
printing method
ink characteristics
embroidery thread
lighting conditions
garment or material production batches

We Make T-Shirts prepares artwork for professional production and works to provide vibrant and consistent results.

However, unless a specific color-matching standard has been requested by the customer and expressly accepted by We Make T-Shirts before production, colors displayed digitally are not guaranteed to be exact physical color matches.

Reasonable color variation inherent to digital printing, screen printing, embroidery, garment manufacturing, or other decoration processes does not constitute a production defect.

9. STANDARD PRINT SIZE

Unless the customer requests a specific print dimension and We Make T-Shirts expressly accepts that request before production, artwork is produced according to our standard production sizing.

Our general standard sizing is:

FULL FRONT / FULL BACK:
Approximately 11 inches wide, with a typical height of approximately 12–14 inches, depending on the proportions and shape of the artwork.

LEFT CHEST / RIGHT CHEST:
Approximately 3.5–4.25 inches wide, depending on the proportions and shape of the logo or artwork.

These measurements are general production standards and are not guarantees of an exact measurement on every garment.

Final dimensions may vary based on:

artwork proportions
artwork shape
garment size
garment style
available printable area
pockets, seams, zippers, or other garment construction
decoration method
production requirements

A wide horizontal logo, for example, will naturally have a different finished height than a tall or square design when produced at the appropriate standard width.

10. PRINT SIZING ACROSS GARMENT SIZES

Artwork is generally produced at the same print size throughout an order rather than being individually resized for each garment size.

For example, an approximately 11-inch-wide design will generally remain approximately the same width across the adult garment sizes in that order.

Artwork may be reduced when necessary to fit smaller garments, youth garments, pockets, specialty garments, or other limited printable areas.

Unless specifically requested and agreed to before production, We Make T-Shirts is not required to individually scale artwork to a different size for every garment size in an order.

11. PRINT PLACEMENT

We Make T-Shirts uses professional standard placement based on the selected print location, garment construction, artwork proportions, decoration method, and available printable area.

Minor placement differences are inherent to custom apparel production.

If a customer requires a specific placement measurement, the requirement must be clearly communicated when the order is placed and accepted by We Make T-Shirts before production.

Customer assumptions or uncommunicated preferences regarding placement do not constitute production errors.

12. INDUSTRY TOLERANCES & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Custom apparel production involves normal manufacturing variation.

This may include reasonable variation in:

print placement
print dimensions
physical color reproduction
ink texture
embroidery placement
embroidery thread
garment dimensions
garment construction
garment color
manufacturer sizing
material batches
digital-preview versus finished-product appearance

Minor variations consistent with normal custom-apparel manufacturing do not constitute production defects.

13. GARMENT SIZING & PRODUCT VARIATION

Customers are responsible for selecting garment styles, colors, and sizes.

Sizing and fit can vary between manufacturers, styles, fabric blends, colors, production runs, and garment types.

Product photographs and garment mockups are illustrative and are not guarantees of exact dimensions, fit, texture, shade, or appearance.

Customers should review available sizing information before ordering.

Fit preferences, normal shrinkage, manufacturer tolerances, or customer-selected sizing errors do not constitute production errors and generally do not qualify for returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, or reprints.

14. PRODUCTION ERRORS & CLAIMS

Customers who believe an order contains a production error should contact We Make T-Shirts promptly and provide photographs and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.

A production error generally means that the finished product materially differs from the applicable order information or production artwork because of an error attributable to We Make T-Shirts.

Examples may include an incorrect garment, incorrect print location, incorrect artwork caused by our production process, or another material manufacturing error attributable to We Make T-Shirts.

The following do not, by themselves, constitute production errors:

buyer's remorse
subjective design preference
preference for a different color or shade
preference for a different artwork size
preference for a different placement
customer-selected garment or sizing issues
customer-submitted spelling or information errors
dissatisfaction with a design element contained in customer-provided artwork
a desire to revise artwork after production
normal manufacturing tolerances

When We Make T-Shirts confirms a production error, we will determine an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or refund of the affected portion of the order.

Except where otherwise required by law, any remedy will be limited to the affected portion of the order.

15. PAYMENT TERMS

Orders require payment in full unless alternative payment terms have been expressly approved in writing.

The customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the transaction.

The customer agrees to pay the amount displayed and authorized at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, selected upgrades, rush charges, additional print locations, and other selected services.

16. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers are encouraged to contact We Make T-Shirts directly if they believe there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, We Make T-Shirts reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment processor, card network, financial institution, or other party reviewing the dispute.

Such documentation may include:

order records
checkout information
customer-submitted artwork
final production artwork
FYI production artwork previews
customer communications
applicable Terms & Conditions
production records
photographs
shipping records
tracking information
proof of delivery
other evidence relevant to the transaction

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any payment-dispute, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES

Our standard production turnaround is generally approximately 10–16 days from the date the order is placed, unless another production service is selected or stated for the applicable order.

Shipping time is additional.

Rush production options, including 7-day and 3-day rush services, may be available for qualifying orders. Availability may vary based on production volume and season.

Production and turnaround timelines are production estimates unless We Make T-Shirts expressly identifies a particular service or deadline as guaranteed.

Production timing may be affected by:

artwork complexity
order volume
garment or supplier availability
production scheduling
equipment issues
holidays
workload
customer-requested changes
circumstances outside our reasonable control

Customers should not schedule events, promotions, travel, distributions, openings, tournaments, or other time-sensitive activities solely around an estimated completion or delivery date unless a specific deadline has been expressly guaranteed by We Make T-Shirts.

18. CUSTOMER DEADLINES & EVENTS

Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for production and shipping.

Unless We Make T-Shirts expressly accepts a guaranteed deadline in writing, a customer's personal event date, business deadline, promotion, opening, birthday, holiday, tournament, school event, travel date, or other deadline does not create a guaranteed delivery obligation.

An order arriving later than a customer's personally anticipated date does not, by itself, constitute a production error when no guaranteed deadline was expressly accepted.

19. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We Make T-Shirts will make reasonable efforts to properly package and ship completed orders using the shipping method selected for the order.

Carrier transit times are generally estimates unless a guaranteed carrier service has been purchased and applies to the shipment.

Shipping delays can result from circumstances including:

weather
routing changes
mechanical issues
labor interruptions
peak-season congestion
customs delays
missed scans
incorrect addresses
carrier operational issues
government actions
other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and, where applicable, a reasonably secure delivery location.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should check with household members, employees, neighbors, apartment or property management, and the applicable carrier.

We Make T-Shirts may reasonably assist customers with documented carrier issues or claims when appropriate. Carrier claim approval, reimbursement, recovery, or replacement cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping or carrier-related events outside the reasonable control of We Make T-Shirts do not, by themselves, constitute production errors.

20. ORDER CHANGES AFTER SUBMISSION

Requests to change artwork, garments, quantities, sizes, print locations, shipping information, or other order details after submission are not guaranteed.

If production preparation has already begun, a requested change may be impossible or may result in additional charges.

We Make T-Shirts is not responsible for producing the originally submitted order when a customer's requested change was received after the relevant portion of production had already begun.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We Make T-Shirts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from an order, product, service, shipment, or use of the website.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, event expenses, replacement expenses, or reputational losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of We Make T-Shirts relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of that order.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. WEBSITE USE & CONDUCT

Users may not use the We Make T-Shirts website to:

engage in unlawful activity
submit malicious or harmful content
attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
interfere with website operation
commit fraud
impersonate another person or organization
use stolen or unauthorized payment information
otherwise violate applicable law

We Make T-Shirts reserves the right to refuse service, reject artwork, cancel orders, or restrict website access when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, employees, or legal obligations.

If We Make T-Shirts cancels a paid order before custom work has begun, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

23. FORCE MAJEURE

We Make T-Shirts shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flooding, supply-chain disruptions, supplier shortages, labor interruptions, transportation disruptions, utility failures, internet or communication outages, government actions, carrier disruptions, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen events outside our reasonable control.

Performance may be delayed for the period reasonably necessary to address such circumstances.

24. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with the We Make T-Shirts Privacy Policy and applicable law.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We Make T-Shirts may update these Terms from time to time.

Unless otherwise required by law, the Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when that order was placed.

Changes to these Terms will apply to future transactions and website use as applicable.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. NO WAIVER

Failure by We Make T-Shirts to enforce a provision of these Terms in one instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

28. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or products and services provided by We Make T-Shirts shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wisconsin.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
