What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 14-16 days from the day your order is placed. This does NOT include shipping time. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. We also offer a 7 day rush, and 3 day rush at checkout. (3 day rush is not available during peak season).
When I upload my design, I can't get the backround all the way out?
When you upload, simply place the artwork you have about where you want it on the shirt. We review every order. We knock out the backrounds for you as well as enhance the artwork for premium printing. You do not need to worry about the backround being on your image.
I want prints that take up the entire shirt?
Our maximum print size is 11" wide x 14" tall. When you use our designer online, the bounding box represents that size. We do not offer all over printing at this time. Additionally, your artwork will be the same size throughout the entire order. So an 11" wide print will be the same size on all shirt sizes.
Can you guys send me a quote with how my shirts will look before I order?
We take orders online and all orders must be placed and paid for before we bgin the artwork process. If you'd like to see examples of our work for assurance, we have them all over our social media pages and website.
Do you send a final mockup for me to approve before printing?
We have a 2 step artwork approval process. When you place your order, we review your artwork. If your artwork is print ready, we send you an email letting you know we have approved it and it's going into production. If your artwork requires heavy modification to print correctly, we then send you an art notice that requires your approval to move forward.
Are your shirts screen printed?
We use a premium DTF process for our printing process. In almost all scenarios, our customers are just as happy, if not happier, with what they recieve from us.

Ordering FAQ

What is the best artwork format to use?
The best artwork format to use on our site is a high resolution .png file with a transparent backround, true to the size you want printed with a resolution of 300 DPI. (If you feel lost don't worry, we can usually work with whatever you have. Just upload it and our art team will make it right for you).
When I upload my design, it doesn't look right?
When you upload, simply place the artwork you have about where you want it on the shirt. We review every order. If your artwork needs to be cleaned up, straightened out, or revised for print, we handle that on our end. Once our art team has made your art print ready, we send you a mockup approval before we print your job.
Your online designer says my artwork will print blurry?
You do not have to worry about that warning. In the event your artwork is blurry, we will enhance it and format it for print. We send a final mockup for your approval before we print your job.
There's a white box around my artwork. I can't remove it?
You can leave the white box there. Our art team will remove the white box, and send you a mockup for approval before we print your job.
Can you send me a mockup before I order?
Artwork prep is a timely process and we do not enhance any artwork until an order has been placed. Once you place an order, our art team will review your artwork and enhance it for print. We will send and require an approval only on jobs that require heavy art modifications.
How can I request a quote?

How do I place an order?

What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. Rush options are available, including 3-day rush and 7-day guaranteed production. Turnaround time begins after artwork approval (if needed) and does not include shipping time.
Can I call or email to place an order?
All orders must be placed directly through our website to ensure accuracy and fast production.
How are these printed?
All orders are printed using premium DTF and world-class printing systems, delivering sharp, vibrant designs that are built to last.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders must be canceled as soon as possible. If cancellation is approved, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Do you accept refunds, returns, or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and weโ€™ll do our best to make it right.

Iโ€™m ordering the $149 deal, but my total is higher โ€” why?
The $149 deal includes 20 shirts, sizes adult small - adult XL with a print on one side. Adding options like back prints, upgraded garments, larger sizes, or shipping will increase the total.
Are there any surprise fees?
No โ€” your full price is shown before checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout (free on orders over $300). Additional print locations and sizes bigger than Adult XL will increase the total.
Can you send me a quote?
We do not provide quotes. All pricing is available directly on our website โ€” simply build your order to see your exact total instantly. The more you order, the lower your price per shirt.
Are there any setup fees?
No โ€” we do not charge any setup fees. Your total price is calculated instantly as you build your order on our website.
I want to place a really large order โ€” can you offer special pricing?
Our pricing is already built for volume and automatically decreases as your quantity increases. For very large orders, feel free to contact us and weโ€™ll take a look.
