How do I place an order?
Select your product, upload your design, choose your sizes and quantities, and checkout. Pricing updates automatically as you build your order.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. Rush options are available, including 3-day rush and 7-day guaranteed production. Turnaround time begins after artwork approval (if needed) and does not include shipping time.
Can I call or email to place an order?
All orders must be placed directly through our website to ensure accuracy and fast production.
Can you send me a mockup before I order?
We do not provide mockups before an order is placed. If your artwork requires adjustments for printing, we will send an artwork approval for review before production begins.
How are these printed?
All orders are printed using premium DTF and world-class printing systems, delivering sharp, vibrant designs that are built to last.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders must be canceled as soon as possible. If cancellation is approved, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Do you accept refunds, returns, or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We do not offer phone support. As a small team, we prefer communication to be electronic so any team member can assist when needed. Please email using our contact page. I’m ordering the $149 deal, but my total is higher β€” why?
The $149 deal includes 20 shirts, sizes adult small - adult XL with a print on one side. Adding options like back prints, upgraded garments, larger sizes, or shipping will increase the total.
Are there any surprise fees?
No β€” your full price is shown before checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout (free on orders over $300). Additional print locations and sizes bigger than Adult XL will increase the total.
Can you send me a quote?
We do not provide quotes. All pricing is available directly on our website β€” simply build your order to see your exact total instantly. The more you order, the lower your price per shirt.
Are there any setup fees?
No β€” we do not charge any setup fees. Your total price is calculated instantly as you build your order on our website.
I want to place a really large order β€” can you offer special pricing?
Our pricing is already built for volume and automatically decreases as your quantity increases. For very large orders, feel free to contact us and we’ll take a look.

I don’t want my print to be blurry β€” will it look good?
We use high-quality printing equipment and processes to ensure your design prints sharp and vibrant. We only produce and ship work that meets our high-quality standards β€” no exceptions.
I’m having trouble centering my design β€” what should I do?
No problem β€” just upload your design and place it as close as you can. Our team reviews every order and will adjust sizing and placement to industry standards before printing. If anything needs major changes, we’ll send you an approval before production.
What if my artwork has a background?
We automatically remove backgrounds when possible so your design prints clean on the shirt.
Will my print look exactly like what I uploaded?
We optimize artwork for printing, including background removal, image sharpening, and color adjustments when needed.
Can you send me a mockup before I order?
We do not provide mockups before an order is placed. If your artwork requires adjustments for printing, we will send an artwork approval for review before production begins.
What if I need changes to my artwork?
Minor changes (such as color adjustments or small cleanups) are okay. We do not offer full design or major artwork revisions. Please include any requests in the notes section at checkout.
How is my design sized and placed?
Designs are printed using standard industry sizing and placement unless specific instructions are provided at checkout.
What happens if my artwork isn’t print-ready?
In the unlikely event your artwork needs significant changes, we may pause the order and contact you. In some cases, you may be asked to provide updated artwork before production can begin.
